I was there for 3 nights and ate at lobby restaurant inside the lobby. Its personnel was very attentive and respectful, no complaints whatsoever. Location of hotel was magnificent and incredible and the shuttle to-and-from airport was a big plus. O'Hare district was worth staying in.

Very good and rich breakfast (buffet or menu) with partly fresh fruit, sausage and super egg dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Price for breakfast with 22 USD/person actually for the USA absolutely. But I paid 330 €/night, so I hoped to have breakfast included.
Room and bathroom clean but run down in 80s style. Nothing has been invested here for a long time. Air in the room stale and stuffy, just the right thing after a long intercontinental flight. Room windows are only a small gap to open. The price of 330€/night is included not reasonable. So I would like to have a room with good air and more modern equipment. I travel a lot at home and abroad and I think I can estimate hotels in my expectations very well. This hotel has a top location to the congress center and airport and should be a typical airport hotel with 3 stars for one night at a fair price. Then my evaluation would have been surely better.

We came for motorcycle show at attached venue and the price was very reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was for the price and ordered room service and stayed in. The person who brought our food was very very nice. We would recommend and will stay when we come back for the show next year. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful, and the fitness center was very well-equipped. The hotel was an easy to walk to the convention center or subway to downtown.
They ran out of a few things: cookies at check-in, safe deposit boxes.

It was a convenient place to spend a night before a morning flight from O'Hare. The staff was friendly and the business center provided everything I needed for the business part of my trip.
My husband and I are vegetarians, and we didn't find very good meal options in the area.

The room was fairly quiet and absolutely perfect for a business trip. The king size bed was comfortable with feather pillows. The hotel's location is favorable and magnificent, just a minute walk from Rosemont Theatre. There are shopping options and eating options nearby. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is convenient.
